Rotogravure

7 rotogravure machines with up to 11 colours

  • 4 with lamination in line (solvent base or solvent less), with the possibility to apply cold seal in line
  • 3 mono film printing with possibility to apply cold seal in line

Multiple combinations for external or internal printing.

Alphanumeric Code Printing, using inks suitable for food contact with food.

Flexography

20 slitting machines for different kind of materials, reels diameters, widths, for single or multi-layer materials.

Laser perforation

Laser Perforation System: Possibility to do Web Direction laser (for linear easy opening solutions or micro perforation), or Cross Web laser (non-linear scoring with dedicated patterns on the web).

Cylinder engraving

High definition electromechanical engraving technology (Extreme)

Cylinder warehouse

The cylinder warehouse is fully automated and managed by software that coordinates all activities. The warehouse can hold up to 24,000 cylinders.
